The Universal Security contract management service is planned around regular client meetings, which are normally held every 28 days. These are scheduled 6 months in advance and are based on an agreed agenda.
- Minutes with 'action points' and 'tasks completion dates' are taken at all meetings - timetables are rigidly adhered to.

- All telephone messages are responded to within 2 hours
- All correspondence is replied to within 72 hours.
- All urgent meeting are attended within 1 working day or less.
