Universal Security aim to recruit the best individuals from the available labour pool and those that most closely meet the criteria for a particular role, ideally those with prior experience, but alternatively those with the latent ability and skills to meet the criteria.
Honesty, integrity and competence, along with a high personal standard of dedication, achievement, appearance and courtesy are the essential attributes of a Universal Security Officer.
As a part of the selection process the health of all candidates is checked particularly with regard to eyesight, sense of smell, hearing and mobility.
