- All security officers can register for duty by computerised automated telephone. Registrations are checked and recorded, hours worked are collated to generate pay and client invoicing.
- Training records and officer suitability are stored on a computer so that control staff can rapidly access data when rostering or redeploying.
- The latest state-of-the-art personnel programme is used by the HR department, which provides such information as previous employment, conduct, leave application, next of kin and medical history where appropriate.
- Pay analysis is generated through RoleCall2 a roster control programme with easy access and rapid retrieval. This system minimises time in responding to pay queries. Pay queries are as a result limited to under 1% per month significantly reducing the numbers of administrative staff required.
- Efficient and accurate recording of hours worked, along with concise and timely invoicing, has reduced errors to a negligible level.
